SEE ALSO 52504 House No. 26 On January 29, 1834, an unnamed committee submitted a bill: An Act relating to the support of paupers, 1834. With
the passage of the act, state support of paupers would be 5c/day for those over twelve and 3c/day for those under twelve. In 1835, there would be no
