bill: An Act in addition to the acts relating to fugitives from justice, 1834. When the Governor was asked to request a fugitive from another state,
he was to be supplied by the Attorney General with a detailed precis of the case and the evidence against the person. If another state requested a
fugitive be delivered up by the Commonwealth, the Attorney General would try to learn about the case and would especially determine if the person had
