Senate. Comm. on the Judiciary. Act in addition to an act amending the law on real actions, 1834
SEE ALSO 52554 Senate No. 61 On March 13, 1834, the Committee on the Judiciary sent a new version of a bill on real actions: An Act ... for the
amendment of the law relating to real actions, 1834. The act listed the writs that had to be contested within 30 years. The plaintiff did not have to
explain how the property came to be occupied by the wrong person. If a person received a property by will, that was as good as a deed. (Digitized
from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
