Senate No. 30 On January 15, 1834, the Committee on the Judiciary was asked to consider amending the law on the limitations of real actions. The
Committee reported a bill. An Act in addition to an act for the amendment of the law relating to real actions, 1834. When a person claimed the right
and title to a piece of land, he could make a writ explaining his right without having to say how tenants came to be on the land. An aggrieved tenant
