attaching the real estate had four days to file the writ explaining the attachment with the local jurisdiction. Clerks could charge 10c for filing same.

The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was recommited a bill entitled, "An act making further provision in relation to the attachment of real estate," have considered the same, and report said bill as amended and taken into a new draft.
