House No. 56 An Act to incorporate the East Boston Wharf Company in the City of Boston, 1833. Eight men were incorporated as the East Boston Wharf
Company to hold and possess Noddle Island and other properties described in detail and recorded with the Register of Deeds, provided the company could
buy said property from its current owners. The company could build any wharves it deemed expedient. It had the usual rights and responsibilities of
a corporation. The Act was considered in the Senate on March 7, 1833. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the
