Title:   Ordered, that Messrs. Rantoul, of Beverly, Ashmun, of Springfield, Dickenson, of Hadley, Lincoln, of Worcester, and Harris, of E. Bridgwater, be a committee to consider the expediency of reducing the allowance made by the commonwealth to towns for the support of state paupers.
