House No. 46 A Special Committee of three men proposed An Act regulating the admeasurement of charcoal, 1833. One half bushel with 282 cubic inches volume shall be the standard measure for the sale of charcoal. Boxes containing, two, five, or ten bushels may also be sold, but the boxes must be sealed.
