House. Act to incorporate the North Boston Company, 1833
House No. 21 An Act to incorporate the North Boston Company of the City of Boston, 1833. Three men were made a body corporate as the North Boston
Company with the usual rights and responsibilities. The Company would own Noddle's Island and it flats and could have a ferry. Its real and personal
property could not exceed $500,000. It could construct streets and wharves and generally improve the island. The law was good for 20 years.
