Senate No. 40 On March 2, 1833, the Committee on the Judiciary was asked for further revision on the law of mortgages and submitted a bill: An Act
in amendment of an act making further provision for the redemption of mortgages passed on February 18, 1822, 1833. The mortgagee had to provide a
