Senate No. 30 On February 22, 1833, the Committee on Towns preented a bill: An Act to annex a part of the Town of Newbury to the Town of

physical ramifications, neither of which was large. Some envisioned an improvement in police protection and school attendance. the Committee considered
all the statements and still urged passage of the bill. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
