Senate No. 28 On February 19, 1833, the Committee on Banks and Banking submitted a report, as requested. Schedule A showed the name of the
petitioner, the proposed name of the bank, amount of capital, and the place for one and a half pages. Schedule B showed just five banks that wanted an

Ordered, that the Committee on Banks and Banking be directed to report to the Legislature, a statement of all applications made for charters for banks, together with the proposed names of said banks, the amount of capital, and the place of location : also to report all applications from existing banks for increase of capital.
