SEE ALSO 52388 On January 11, 1833, the Committee on the Judiciary considered a request and presented a response: An Act making further provision
in relation to the attachment of real estate, 1833. The officer attaching the real estate had to give a true copy of the writ allowing attachment to
the local clerk or Register of Deeds. The attachment was void without that step. The clerk or Register was to record and file said writ, for which
there were fees. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
Title:   Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law for the public notice of attachments of real estate.
