House No. 25 A Special Committee of thirteen men presented a Resolve: The procedure for an Article of Amendment would be to pass the text by a majority of the Senate and two thirds of the House with the votes entered in the journal. The result would be laid aside for the next General Court and if it passed in that session, then it would be offered to the people for ratification.
