Senate No.28 On February 8, 1832, the Committee on Matters of Probate and Chancery was directed to consider making provisions for the descent and
distribution of intestate estates re illegitimate children. An Act in further addition to an act regulating the descent and distribution of intestate
estates, 1832. For the child or children born out of wedlock to a mother and father who later married, such child or children could inherit regardless
