See Also 52317, 52318 Senate No. 13 On February 2, 1832, the Committee on the Amendment to the Constitution submitted yet another Resolve: Both Houses agreed it was expedient to adopt the attached article. Directions for creating districts and the procedures for voting were laid out. The representatives would be paid for travel and attendance from the public Treasury.
