SEE ALSO 52317 Senate No. 9 The same Committee as in 52317 submitted slightly different language on January 23, 1832. Resolves 1 and 2 remained
the same, but number 3 was changed. The Commonwealth was to be divided into districts of sufficient size to entitle the inhabitants to at least one
representative, provided no town or city was divided. No mention was made of creating the text of an amendment.(Digitized from a microfilm copy of title

Title:
The committee, to whom was referred so much of the Governor's message as relates to an amendment of the constitution, for the purpose of reducing the number of the members of the House of Representatives, have considered that subject, and report the following order.
