new draft. This version was not new and was very complicated, similar to the language in 52229. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally

Title:
The special committee appointed on the 3d instant, to report to this House without delay, an article of amendment to the Constitution of this Commonwealth substantially the same as that which passed both branches of the Legislature in 1829, ask leave to report a new draft of said article with sundry slight alterations.
