SEE ALSO 51674, 51766 Senate No. 6 On June 4, 1831, the Committee on Mercantile Affairs and Insurance submitted a bill: An Act to repeal in part and making further additions to ... an act to regulate the inspection of beef and pork intended to be exported from this Commonwealth, 1831. The grade names for beef were changed slightly and three grades of pork were defined. The repealed section was about inspecting meat from other states.
