SEE ALSO 51700, 51707 H.R. No. 29 An Act in addition to an act to regulate the sale of goods at public vendue and to repeal all laws heretofore
made for that purpose, 1828. A licensee cannot sell any goods before sunrise or after sunset, nor can he give any type of notice about such a sale. A
fine and loss of license would result.
H.R. No. 35 Same title The Alderman of Boston could add additional limits or exclusions to the law. A
