Joint Special Comm. on the Commonwealth's Reversionary Interest. Report, 1828
SEE ALSO 51886 Senate No. 7 A Committee was directed to determine the value of the Commonwealth's reversionary interest in several bridges and
submitted its report on February 2, 1828. The Committee had to make assumptions as to date, interest rates, toll or no toll. If the toll was continued,
the value would continue to rise, but if the toll were reduced to a maintenance level or even zero, then there was no value. (Digitized from a
