Senate No. 6 An Act to incorporate the Boston Tide Mill Company, 1828. Three men comprised the corporation that could buy any part of the water
mill belonging to the Boston & Roxbury Mill Corporation, use the land, construct necessary buildings, etc, but absolutely no manufacturing was allowed.
The corporation had a term of fifteen years and could hold real estate to a value of $200,000. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally
