H.R. No. 65 The Committee on Roads and Canals studied the petition of Whitwell, Bond & Co. about surveying a railway route from Boston to Providence
and sent a Resolve. The Board of Commissioners of Internal Improvements should take on the task and report to the Governor and the Legislature at
the next session. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
Title:   The Committee on Roads and Canals to whom was referred the petition of Whitwell, Bond & Co. and others, praying that a route, may be surveyed for a rail way, from Boston to Providence, have had the same under consideration, and report by resolve, which is respectfully submitted.
