corporation did not respond in a timely manner to a judgment, then every member at the time the debt was contracted was individually liable up to the limit of
capital stock owned. No corporation could owe more than twice the value of its capital stock or directors were personally liable for the overage.
Corporations could pay dividends, but could not divide their stock during the term of incorporation. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
