SEE ALSO 51755, 51803, 51821, 51822 Senate No. 26 There is no date on this document. This was a Joint Committee report, distinct from the report of three Commissioners in 51803. This Committee reported that because the Commission's report might have suggested malfeasance on the part of the Directors of the prison, those Commissioners were at pains to come before the Committee to say that they, the Commissioners, did not intend to cast aspersions on the Directors of the prison. Therefore, the Committee did not spend much time investigating that issue, but did think that the Directors had done an adequate job.
