1814 Report of the Joint Committee of both Houses regarding several petitions of Isaac P. Davis and others requesting that they be allowed to
incorporate a company to be called the Boston and Roxbury Mill Corporation, which would serve as a mill pond on the westerly side of Boston. After
expressing approval, the committee submitted an appropriate act. Of note, a map of the area to be affected was included between pages 2 and 3. See LLMC
