February 1814 report from the Joint Committee on various memorials from towns in the state against the War of 1812 and the existing embargo. After consideration, the committee submitted various resolutions affirming the rights of the state inhabitants to navigate to ports and fish the waters, and that the memorials contained well grounded grievances.
