States, Department of the Interior, Office of Indian Affairs appears at the head of the title. The purpose of the Charter was to enable the Village
and its members to engage in various types of business affairs for the good of the village. The Charter describes the purpose, membership, management,
and powers of the corporation. It was ratified on December 31, 1939 by a vote of 76 for and 3 against.)
