Thesis from the Judge Advocate General's Course entitled "Cancellation of Government Contracts." Maj. Robert E. Cohen submitted the thesis in
April 1969. This paper discussed the definition and situations giving rise to the cancellation of government contracts, with particular emphasis on case
decisions and reasoning of the Comptroller General. The thesis considered the effect of judicial treatment of cancellation on the Comptroller and
the available remedies to the cancelled contractor.
