Thesis from the Judge Advocate General's School entitled "Unreasonable Searches and Seizures." Capt. Cabell F. Cobbs, United States Army submitted
the thesis in May 1956. This paper studies the prohibition against unreasonable search and seizures, and compared the prohibition under military and
federal law. The thesis also examined the extent of the prohibition on and off military installations both in the United States and overseas; what
constituted a violation of the prohibition; and discussed the application of the doctrines of prejudice and waiver.
