Richard Chema, United States Navy, submitted the thesis in April 1993. This paper examined the nature and extent of sexual harassment in the
military, as well as alternative theories which could be used to prosecute conduct so deemed. It also examined various proposed regulations and concluded
that current law was sufficient to deal with this issue.
