nature of an update to Chalmers’ Opinions of Eminent Lawyers … listed above, p. 9, Title 44. Like that work it consists of extracts of formal
opinions by various authorities, including the Law Officers of the Crown, relating to aspects of English jurisprudence as applied to colonial affairs.
