issued quarterly by the Society. It is denominated “May, 1916, No.25.” William Isaac Hull, 1868-1939, a professor of history and international relations
at Swathmore, also wrote extensively on questions of war and peace. He served in 1910 as Secretary of the United States Commission on the Limitation
