was issued quarterly by the Society. It is denominated “February, 1915, No.20.” Marburg, 1862-1946, was a diplomat, civic leader, and peace activist.
He served as U.S. minister to Belgium from 1912-1914. He served as Secretary of the A.S.J.S.I.D., and was chairman of the Third National Peace
