Settlement of International Disputes, which was issued quarterly by the Society. It is denominated “May, 1911, No.4.” A roster of the Officers and
Advisory Council to the Society as composed in 1910 appears in the two unnumbered pages after p. 13. Alpheus H. Snow, 1859-1920, was an American expert
in international law who served for some years as a member of the Executive Council of the American Society of International Law. His specialty was
the governance of dependent and semi-civilized nations or populations. His principle works in this subject area were The Administration of
Dependencies, 1902, and The Question of Aborigines in the Law and Practice of Nations, 1918. The print text of this title was scanned from a collection of
