several misconceptions concerning the duties of an Assistant Barrister. He describes the history and duties of the office. Appendix No. 1 documents the
costs paid when a case is tried before a judge; Appendix No. 2 documents the costs paid when a case is settled. Additional appendices contain forms
to be used in the Civil Bill Court.)
