Passed by the Constituent Assembly, July 10th 1924 (as amended by the Law of July 29th, 1925): 23p, Baghdad, GovPr, 1928. (Technically the
constitution was passed by the Constituent Assembly and came into effect when confirmed and promulgated by King Faisal. A legend on the title page reads: “The
following is the official translation of the ’Iraq constitution as approved by the Ministry of Justice {the Wizarat Al-Adl}. It supersedes all versions
hitherto published.” The Michigan hardcopy scanned here has a piece of onion skin paper bound in between pp. 16–17, on which is typed uncredited
errata for Articles 93 & 94.)
