Articles of a Treaty between the United States and the Sac and Fox Indians in which the Indians cede four hundred sections of land designated for them in the
second article of the Treaty of September 21, 1832, 7 Stat. 374 ( LLMC 69911). The United States agreed to pay the Tribes $30,000 in June of 1837 and
the sum of $10,000 for ten successive years. The treaty was ratified with amendments provided in a note at the end of the treaty. The treaty was
finalized on the right bank of the Mississippi in Debuque county in the Wisconsin Territory opposite Rock Island on September 28, 1836.)
